The motor adopts an optimized magnetic circuit design, using high-quality silicon steel sheets and high-temperature-resistant permanent magnet materials. It delivers abundant low-speed torque. When paired with the supporting Anco stepped driver and the micro-stepping mode enabled, it effectively suppresses low-frequency vibration, resulting in lower operating noise and smoother operation. In the standard open-loop control mode, it achieves precise point positioning relying on pulse signals, eliminating the need for an encoder to complete positioning. The system is simple to set up and has a low debugging threshold.
The product supports diverse options and customization: different shaft diameters and lead-out methods can be selected; it can be equipped with an electromagnetic brake to meet the anti-sag requirement for vertical loads; it can also be matched with a planetary reducer to increase output torque; meanwhile, a 42 integrated lead screw stepper version is provided, which integrates the motor and lead screw to save equipment installation space. The entire solution has prominent cost advantages, controllable long-term operating temperature rise, overload tolerance, and a stable service life.
It is compatible with Anco 42 series stepper drivers, has strong signal compatibility, supports pulse direction control, and can connect to various PLCs and motion controllers. It is suitable for scenarios with compact installation space, light loads, and medium-low speed point-to-point motion: laser marking equipment, small dispensing machines, 3D printing equipment, testing instruments, small conveying platforms, desktop robotic arms, laboratory fixtures, small labeling equipment, etc.
