Product Features

1. The explosion-proof pressurized cabinet mainly consists of a cabinet body, an automatic control system, a gas distribution system, an alarm system, and a power distribution system. The cabinet body is composed of a pressurized chamber and a sub-chamber. The power distribution system components for users are installed in the pressurized chamber, and the automatic control system is installed in the sub-chamber.
2. The cabinet-type explosion-proof pressurized cabinet adopts the "Ergong Explosion-proof" frame. The main and sub-panels are available in left-right structure, top-bottom structure, console style, etc. It is installed in a cable trench seat, with incoming cables from the bottom, operation from the front door, and maintenance from the front or rear door.
3. The box-type explosion-proof pressurized cabinet adopts a welded structure of high-quality steel plate or stainless steel. The main and sub-panels are in a top-bottom structure, wall-mounted, with incoming cables from the bottom, operation and maintenance from the front door.
4. The console-style explosion-proof pressurized cabinet is formed by folding and welding high-quality steel plates. The main and sub-panels are in a front-back structure, seat-mounted, with incoming cables from the bottom, and console operation.

5. The explosion-proof pressurized cabinet is divided into ventilation type and compensation type according to the air intake method. The ventilation type provides uninterrupted continuous air supply, and the working heat of the components installed in the pressurized chamber can be taken away by the gas path, providing excellent heat dissipation, which is suitable for solving the heat dissipation problem of high-power explosion-proof frequency converters. The compensation type provides intermittent air supply, and the pressurized chamber must have good sealing to ensure low gas consumption.
6. Users of the explosion-proof pressurized cabinet must provide a gas source, which is required to be: purified air or nitrogen, with a gas source pressure of 0.2～0.8Mpa; usually, the instrument air at the user's site can meet the requirements.
7. The steel plate material of the explosion-proof pressurized cabinet is generally GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plate, and GB3280-84 stainless steel can also be selected according to user requirements.

Explosion-proof Principle
The explosion-proof pressurized cabinet adopts the explosion-proof measure of isolating ignition sources with a medium. That is, the electrical components used by users are installed in a cabinet filled with pressurized clean gas, so that flammable and explosive mixed gases in the external environment cannot come into contact with the electric sparks or dangerous temperatures generated by the electrical components during normal operation, thereby achieving the purpose of electrical explosion protection.
