Spray tray type horizontal tee
Shaped like a "T", it has a straight section and a vertical section. Some designs feature chamfered or curved structures at the internal bending parts of the trough to reduce the bending angle of cables and protect them; some are equipped with structures such as reinforcing ribs, buffer devices or curved reinforcing plates to enhance compressive resistance and prevent deformation, etc. Material and surface treatment: It is usually made of steel, and the surface can be subjected to anti-corrosion treatment such as galvanizing. If "spraying" is mentioned, it may refer to applying a spray coating on the basis of galvanizing to further improve anti-corrosion and wear resistance, etc. However, this is not a common conventional process and has no connection with Pentel.
- Model specifications: There are different size specifications, such as those indicated by height and width, for example, PCT50x100 - TEE (PCT stands for tray-type cable tray, TEE stands for horizontal tee, and 50x100 means height 50mm x width 100mm) and many other specifications.
- Function and application: Used in cable tray systems to achieve cable convergence and direction change, suitable for laying power cables and control cables, etc., can reduce cable wear and ensure the safe operation of cables.
