A busbar expansion joint refers to a flexible connector used to compensate for the deformation and vibration deformation of busbars caused by temperature changes. Aluminum busbar expansion joints are usually made of 0.5mm aluminum foil stacked to the same cross-section as the busbar, with terminal blocks welded at both ends. Copper busbar expansion joints, on the other hand, are made by welding copper braided flexible wires with copper terminal blocks.
