Hot-dip galvanized cable tray is made by physically polishing the cold-galvanized cable tray to remove the original zinc layer, then putting the cable tray into the zinc liquid melted at a high temperature of about 600°C, so that a thick zinc layer adheres to the surface of the cable tray. Its performance is upgraded on the basis of the original, with stronger corrosion resistance than ordinary galvanized cable trays and a longer service life.
