The GW4 AC high-voltage disconnector (taking the GW4-35kV copper tube type as an example) adopts a double-column horizontal opening structure, usually manufactured as a single-pole type; when three poles are used synchronously, they need to be connected by a connecting rod. Each single pole mainly consists of a base, a post insulator, an outlet seat, and a contact head. Its transmission mechanism is as follows: a shaft assembly is installed in each bearing seat, and the two shaft assemblies are connected and driven by a connecting plate and an adjusting screw. The conductive part uses a flexible connection of braided copper strips, which are respectively fastened to the conductive rod and the terminal board. The contact assembly of the middle contact part adopts an external pressure type or self-energized contact, with a rotating-in type structure to reduce wear during switching operations. When the product is equipped with an earthing switch, the main conductive circuit and the earthing switch achieve mechanical interlocking through the sector plate and arc plate on the base.
The models of GW4 AC high-voltage disconnectors include GW4-35, GW4-35D, GW4-35ⅡD, etc. Among them, GW4-35 is a non-earthing switch, GW4-35D is an earthing switch, and GW4-35ⅡD is a double earthing switch.
The GW4-126(D)(W) type is applicable to 110kV systems. The GW4-35kV copper tube type disconnector can be matched with a CS11-1 manual operating mechanism, and the GW4-35D type can be matched with a CS8-6D manual operating mechanism. The 35kV complete set of disconnectors consists of a GW4-40.5(D)(W) type disconnector body, a CSⅡ, CS17 or CS8-6D type manual operating mechanism, transmission accessories, etc., and can also be matched with a CJ6 type electric mechanism. The 110kV complete set of disconnectors consists of a GW4-126(D)(W) type disconnector body, a CS14G manual operating mechanism, transmission accessories, etc., and can also be matched with a CJ6 type electric mechanism.
1. Altitude no more than 3000m, special type no more than 4000m.
2. Ambient temperature not higher than -40℃ and not lower than -30℃.
3. Outdoor wind speed no more than 35m/s.
4. Only applicable for horizontal installation.
5. Ordinary type is applicable to Class Ⅱ pollution areas, and anti-pollution type (pollution-resistant type) is applicable to Class Ⅲ pollution areas.
6. Ice coating thickness no more than 10mm.
7. Seismic intensity no more than Grade 8.
8. The installation site shall not have gases, vapors, chemical deposits, dust, dirt and other explosive and corrosive substances that seriously affect insulation performance and conductive ability.
9. The installation site shall not have severe vibration.
