The CT19 operating mechanism is a spring energy-storage type operating mechanism, mainly used for operating high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers with voltage ratings of 10kV–35kV, such as models like ZN28, ZW7, ZW32-40.5, etc.
Main Features
Applicable voltage rating: 10kV–35kV, not applicable for high-voltage systems of 110kV and above.
Matching circuit breakers: Indoor/outdoor vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN28, ZN28A, ZW7, ZW32-40.5, etc.
Mechanical life: Usually 2000 times, some manufacturers claim it can reach 10,000 times or even 30,000 times.
Compact structure: The smallest specification is Φ420×350×160mm, with a weight of approximately 30–38kg.
Energy storage method:
Closing spring: Motor or manual energy storage
Opening spring: Automatically stores energy through the closing operation
Operation mode:
Closing: Closing electromagnet or manual button
Opening: Opening electromagnet, manual button, overcurrent release, undervoltage release (four types in total)
Protection function: Equipped with overcurrent and undervoltage release protection
