The LZZBJ9-10 current transformer is an indoor epoxy resin vacuum cast post-type equipment, suitable for power systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10kV and below (working voltage 12kV). Its main functions are current measurement, electric energy metering and relay protection. It adopts epoxy resin fully enclosed casting technology. The iron core is made of magnetically conductive materials. The primary and secondary windings and the iron core are all cast in resin, which has excellent insulation, moisture-proof and pollution resistance. The surface does not need to be sprayed and supports multi-directional installation. The products are divided into measurement levels (such as 0.2S, 0.5S levels) and protection levels (such as 10P10, 10P20 levels). It supports the complex ratio structure design and can be adapted to medium-mounted switchgear. This type of current transformer complies with standards such as IEC60044-1 and GB1208-2006. The rated insulation level is 12/42/75kV, and the rated secondary current is 5A or 1A. The operating conditions require an ambient temperature of -5℃~+40℃ (the daily average does not exceed 30℃), and the altitude does not exceed 1500m.
The LZZBJ9-10 current transformer adopts an epoxy resin vacuum cast post-type structure. The primary outlet terminals are located at the top (marked as P1, P2). The secondary windings are divided into measurement levels (1S1, 1S2) and protection levels (2S1, 2S2). The base is equipped with grounding bolts and four installation holes. The epoxy resin fully enclosed process ensures that the equipment is moisture-resistant and pollution-resistant, and has small size and light weight, suitable for installation in any position and any direction. Its iron core is made of magnetically conductive materials, and the primary and secondary windings and the iron core are all cast in the epoxy resin body. The product surface adopts a non-spraying process, which has excellent insulation and moisture-proof performance, and is suitable for installation and use in polluted and condensation environments.

For example, in the model "LZZBJ9-10 1000/5 10P30 0.5 0.2S 30/30/30/20VA", 1000/5 represents the rated transformation ratio, 10P30 represents the protection winding, which means that the secondary output current error is ±10% under 30 times the rated current, 0.5 is the measurement winding accuracy, 0.2S is the metering winding accuracy. The metering accuracy requirement is relatively high, and the error should be small when the current is small. 30/30/30/20VA represents the rated capacity of each winding.
