The ZW32-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used for breaking and closing load current, overload current and short-circuit current in power systems, and is suitable for power distribution control in substations, industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural power grids, especially suitable for frequent operation scenarios. This product complies with GB1984-2003, DL/T 402-2007 and IEC60056 technical standards, and supports remote monitoring and automatic control. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar fully enclosed structure, is equipped with a spring energy storage operating mechanism, supports manual and electric operations, and the arc extinguishing chamber adopts packaging technology to achieve moisture and condensation resistance. It can be extended with intelligent controllers, current transformers and disconnecting switches, and integrates functions such as overcurrent protection and signal collection. The ZW32-12G circuit breaker and disconnecting switch combined electrical appliance is composed of two parts: ZW32 circuit breaker and disconnecting switch.

1. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar structure, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable breaking performance, no combustion and explosion risk, maintenance-free, small size, light weight and long service life.

2. The circuit breaker adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps to improve moisture and anti-condensation performance, and is especially suitable for use in severe cold or humid areas.

3. The three-phase pillars and current transformers adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin wrapped with organic silicone rubber solid insulation; they have the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance. 4. The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, with small power of the energy storage motor and low opening and closing energy consumption; the mechanism transmission adopts a real dynamic transmission mode, with a small number of parts and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of rust of the operating mechanism and improves the reliability of the mechanism.

5. The opening and closing operations of the circuit breaker can be performed manually, electrically or remotely. It can be matched with an intelligent controller to realize power distribution automation, and can also be matched with a reclosing controller to form an automatic recloser and sectioner. 6. The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for overcurrent or short-circuit protection, and can also provide current collection signals for the intelligent controller; metering current transformers can be installed according to user requirements. 7. The circuit breaker can be externally equipped with a three-phase linked disconnecting switch, which has a clearly visible break when the disconnecting switch is in the opening state, and is equipped with an anti-misoperation interlocking device with the circuit breaker body. The circuit breaker can only be operated when the disconnecting switch is fully closed or fully opened. It can be connected with a lightning arrester pillar insulator for convenient maintenance.
