The LW3-12 series circuit breakers are high-voltage electrical equipment that uses SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulating medium. They are mainly applied to power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz, and are particularly suitable for undertaking control and protection functions in small and medium-sized substations and distribution branch lines.
I. Product Overview and Features
This product is an updated product in the construction of urban and rural power grids, and its performance-to-price ratio is better than other outdoor circuit breakers of the same voltage level.
Main features include:
Compact structure: Adopts a three-phase common tank design, with simple structure and compact layout.
Reliable performance: Applies rotating arc technology, which improves arc extinguishing efficiency and electrical service life. Its arc extinguishing and insulation performance are reliable, and it has a long electrical life.
Convenient operation: The power output is rotary type, with good sealing effect. The moving mass of the body is small, which reduces the operating force and extends the mechanical service life.
Easy maintenance: Compared with vacuum and oil circuit breakers, it has significant advantages in terms of structure, weight, safety, maintenance and cost.
Flexible configuration: The body structure is independent, and products with different performances and installation methods can be derived. Special arrangements can be made according to user needs, and protection and measurement transformers with different transformation ratios can be configured.
