The ZN12-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker has a rated voltage of 40.5KV and a rated current of 630A, and is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems. This product is designed with multiple phase-to-phase distances such as 350mm, 400mm, and 460mm, and can be used with switchgear of different models.
Its circuit breaker can be used in the XGN17-40.5 fixed switchgear, as well as in JYN1-40.5 and KY10-40.5 switchgear. The arc extinguishing chamber of the ZN12-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker is of porcelain structure and adopts a longitudinal magnetic field contact design. This design ensures that the diffuse arc current generated during breaking is evenly distributed on the contacts, avoiding local melting. The circuit breaker uses special contact materials, which endow it with high breaking capacity and long electrical life, while also featuring low arc energy voltage (20-200V) and low current chopping value (4-15A). The ZN12-40.5 circuit breaker adopts a spring-storage operating mechanism. Its operating mechanism models include the DYT-1 type, and it can also be equipped with a 3AF type spring operating mechanism. This mechanism uses a dual-purpose motor, supports AC or DC energy storage operation, and also has a manual operation function.
