ZN12-40.5KV indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker series is suitable for three-phase AC systems with rated voltage 12kV and frequency 50Hz. It is mainly used as a control or protection switch for power transmission and distribution systems in power plants, substations and other occasions, and is especially suitable for frequent operations and important load breaking scenarios.
This product is suitable for withdrawable and fixed switchgear, and is compatible with compartment-type and armored metal-enclosed switchgear. Its design introduces technology from Siemens AG of Germany. The circuit breaker adopts a spring-storage operating mechanism, supports AC, DC and manual operation, and the body and the mechanism are an integrated structure. The worm gear and worm storage structure has the characteristics of low noise and short storage time. The supporting insulators adopt a triangular layout to improve stability. The product has both mechanical and electrical interlocking functions. The main conductive circuit and the operating mechanism are arranged front and rear, and the high-altitude type with large creepage distance design is adopted. The current rating covers 630A to 3150A, and the breaking capacity reaches 25-31.5KA. It can be matched with KYN-40.5, KYN1-35 and other series of switchgear.
