Wear-resistant Ceramic Rotary Feed Valve
This valve is mainly applicable for opening and closing ash and slag discharge in dry ash systems of thermal power plants, and is also suitable for opening and closing feed of abrasive and corrosive dust media in mines, lime plants, cement plants, etc. This valve has the characteristics of good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, strong wear resistance, flexible opening and closing, no ash jamming and ash accumulation, and long service life.
* The main body of the PG Wear-resistant Ceramic Rotary Discharge Valve is made of cast steel, cast iron and wear-resistant ceramic.
* Operating temperature ≤250°C
* The nominal pressure of the actuator is 0.4-0.6Mpa, and the nominal pressure of the valve is 1Mpa.
* It can also be customized according to user requirements.
※ Applicable media: flue gas desulfurization, power plant dust removal, ash discharge, slag discharge, water supply treatment, boiler steam, lime slurry, particle-containing seawater transportation.
