[Product Purpose]
The Q361F type PN1.6-PN2.5 fully welded ball valves are widely used in various fields. Their quality and stability are unattainable for ordinary cast steel ball valves. The service life of fully welded ball valves is much longer than that of cast steel ball valves. Fully welded ball valves are widely applied in various pipeline equipment such as urban gas, urban heating, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating stations, power plants, etc.
[Product Features]
1. Fully welded ball valves have no external leakage and other phenomena. The processing of the ball is tracked and inspected by a computer detector, so the processing precision of the ball is high.
2. Since the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, and it will not deform due to earthquakes or vehicles passing on the ground, and the pipeline is aging-resistant.
3. The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE material containing 25% Carbon, ensuring zero leakage (0%).
[Technical Requirements]
1. Design and manufacture shall comply with the provisions of API 6D.
2. Inspection and testing of valves shall comply with the provisions of API 598.
3. The structural length of valves shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 12224-2005.
4. Connection dimensions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 12224-2005.
5. Pressure-temperature basis shall comply with the provisions of ASME B16.34.
6. Valve marking shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 12220.
7. Valve sulfur resistance shall comply with the provisions of NACE MR 0175.
