【Product Features】
1. Fully welded ball valves will not have external leakage and other phenomena. The processing of the ball body is tracked and detected by a computer detector, so the processing accuracy of the ball body is high.
2. Since the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, no deformation caused by earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground, and the pipeline is aging-resistant.
3. The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE material containing 25% Carbon, which guarantees zero leakage (0%).

1. Design and manufacturing shall comply with API 6D.
2. Inspection and test of valves shall comply with API 598.
3. The structural length of valves shall comply with GB/T12224-2005.
4. Connection dimensions shall comply with GB/T12224-2005.
5. Pressure-temperature basis shall comply with ASME B16.34.
6. Valve marking shall comply with GB/T12220.
7. Valve sulfur resistance shall comply with NACE MR 0175.
