1. Product Application
Q41F Series PN16~PN63 Floating Soft-sealed Ball Valves are used on various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN63 and JIS10K~JIS20K, for cutting off or connecting media in pipelines. By selecting different materials, they can be applied to multiple media such as water, steam, oil products, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea and so on.
2. Product Features
2.1 Among all kinds of valves, ball valves have small flow resistance. When a full-bore ball valve is opened, the ball passage, valve body passage and connecting pipe diameter are equal and in a straight line, allowing media to flow through with almost no loss.
2.2 The ball valve can be fully opened or fully closed by rotating 90 degrees, with fast opening and closing. Compared with gate valves and stop valves of the same specification, ball valves are small in size and light in weight, which is convenient for pipeline installation.
