Nano material-specific dispersant is a nonionic polymer copolymer containing special affinity groups. It has excellent dispersion effects on nano or submicron powders, enabling nano particles to obtain sufficient dispersion force. Nano material particles are small in size, large in specific surface area, and high in surface energy, which easily leads to soft agglomeration. Only through sufficient dispersion can their unique nano characteristics be exerted.
Specification Model
Product Characteristics
The nano material-specific dispersant is mainly designed for the wetting and dispersion of nano-scale or submicron-scale materials. It has excellent dispersion performance for nano materials in aqueous or solvent-based systems, which can make nano particles sufficiently dispersed, thereby preventing agglomeration between particles and improving storage stability. It is suitable for dispersing nano oxides, nano pigments, nano metal powders, etc.
It can prepare nano material dispersions with high solid content and low viscosity;
It prevents the re-agglomeration of nano particles after dispersion and improves the storage stability of nano dispersions;
The prepared nano dispersions have concentrated particle size distribution;
It contains no APEO, has zero VOC, and is an environmentally friendly product;
It reduces dispersion time and improves dispersion efficiency.
Recommended Dosage
The dosage of the additive is based on the pigment:
Nano materials: 15-20%
Inorganic pigments: 5-10%
Titanium **: 1-5%
Organic pigments: 20-40%
Carbon black: 10-75%
The above recommended additions are for reference only. **The addition amount needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Addition Method and Processing Guidelines
Nano dispersion additives should usually be added to the grinding material, so that the additives can take full effect.
When used for resin-free grinding, pre-mix the solvent component in the grinding material with the additive under stirring conditions, and then add the pigment.
When used for resin-containing grinding, the base material, solvent and additive should be mixed uniformly before adding the pigment.
