Special dispersant for nanomaterials is a non-ionic polymer copolymer containing special affinity groups. It has excellent dispersion effect on nano or submicron powder, and can provide sufficient dispersion force for nano particles. Nanomaterial particles have small size, large specific surface area and high surface energy, and are prone to soft agglomeration. Only through sufficient dispersion can their unique nanometer characteristics be exerted.
Specifications and Models
Product CharacteristicsThe special dispersant for nanomaterials is mainly aimed at the wetting and dispersion of nanoscale or submicron materials. It has excellent dispersion performance for nanomaterials in water-based or solvent-based systems, and can fully disperse nano particles, thereby avoiding agglomeration between particles and improving storage stability. It is suitable for dispersing nano oxides, nano pigments, nano metal powders and so on.
It can prepare nanomaterial dispersions with high solid content and low viscosity;
Prevent the re-agglomeration of dispersed nano particles and improve the storage stability of nano dispersions;
The prepared nano dispersion has concentrated particle size distribution;
Free of APEO, zero VOC, environmentally friendly product;
Reduce dispersion time and improve dispersion efficiency.
Recommended Dosage
The dosage of auxiliary agent is based on the pigment:
Nanomaterials: 15-20%
Inorganic pigments: 5-10%
Titanium dioxide: 1-5%
Organic pigments: 20-40%
Carbon black: 10-75%
The above recommended addition amounts are for reference only, and the actual addition amount needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
Adding Method and Processing Guidance
Nano dispersion auxiliaries should usually be added into the grinding material, only in this way can the auxiliaries fully exert their effects.
For resin-free grinding, pre-mix the solvent component in the grinding material with the auxiliaries under stirring, and then add the pigment.
For resin-containing grinding, the base material, solvent and auxiliaries should be evenly mixed before adding the pigment.
