However, over time, the cutting fluid will gradually fail to meet processing requirements and turn into waste liquid. Using a cutting fluid processor can not only reduce environmental pressure, but also recycle the cutting fluid, lowering the procurement cost of new fluid and waste liquid treatment expenses.
The cutting fluid treatment machine is a device that can purify cutting fluid online, preventing it from darkening and deteriorating. It does not require consumables; only new fluid needs to be added. Only centrifugal separation can maintain the lubricating performance of the cutting fluid, reducing problems caused by its deterioration and odor. This device does not affect the normal operation of machine tools.
For the recycling of cutting fluid in machining centers, a cutting fluid treatment machine can be used for filtration. Based on the principle of different proportions of oil, water, and impurity particles, a high-speed centrifugal purification device is designed to separate the three substances with different proportions, ensuring the cutting fluid does not emulsify and maintains its cooling and lubricating properties. The device has a high removal rate of floating oil. After purification, no floating oil will form on the surface of the cutting fluid, because the centrifugal force can separate the micro-dissolved oil in the cutting fluid, thereby improving its cleanliness. After centrifugal purification, the cutting fluid only needs to be replenished regularly to make up for the consumed liquid.
Cutting fluid treatment machines are widely used in the regeneration of cutting fluids, grinding fluids, drilling, expanding, hingeing, boring, and other processing fluids, as well as cleaning fluids generated during part cleaning, rolling mill fluids, and other oily wastewaters that require purification. These used oily wastewaters can be regenerated into new fluids, purified and recycled, reducing the frequency of cutting fluid replacement, lowering procurement costs, saving equipment energy and electricity, and featuring simple operation and convenient maintenance, thus achieving the goals of reuse and cost saving.
