Combining nearly two years of R&D experience in "Internet + Environmental Protection", the Jingxun Changtong water quality online monitoring system is developed for livestock and poultry farming industry wastewater plants, municipal sewage stations, rural domestic sewage, and major water-related enterprises. System Process:
Pollutant indicators include COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, heavy metals and other substances. The water quality online monitoring system for pollutants is composed of electric valves, flow meters, sampling units, pre-treatment units, analysis and monitoring units, over-limit water sample retention devices, communication transmission units, total amount control units, remote monitoring centers, etc. The flow meter completes the measurement of sewage flow; the sampling unit and pre-treatment unit complete the sampling control processes such as water sample collection and pre-treatment for automatic water quality monitoring; the analysis and monitoring unit completes the analysis process of water quality monitoring parameters; the over-limit water sample retention device collects over-limit water samples and provides conditions for manual comparison; the communication transmission unit realizes the uplink and downlink transmission of data and control instructions, and transmits the data to the "Water Quality Monitoring Cloud Platform" in a timely manner; the total amount control unit realizes the synchronous control of flow and concentration; the command center receives data in real time and conducts data analysis.
