◆Adopting industrial SCADA and medium-sized PLC series, the fully automatic control system for the entire wastewater treatment plant with over 1,000 points is realized, enabling fully automatic operation of the wastewater treatment plant, unattended on-site, and only requiring monitoring in the central control room.
◆High-voltage switchgears, low-voltage switchgears, automatic control PLC cabinets, central control host computer software and hardware, large-screen display, instrument control boxes, plant area lighting, video monitoring, cable trays, electrical construction wiring, and system commissioning are all provided by East China, with one-stop procurement and turnkey project.
◆The general process flow diagram and individual process diagrams displayed in 3D animation have an intuitive and friendly interface, which does not cause aesthetic fatigue when facing the large screen for a long time, is easy for operators to understand, and can effectively prevent misoperation by personnel.
◆The high-voltage backstage and low-voltage backstage are integrated, and relevant data can be monitored in the central control room.
◆The plant-wide automation system is divided into local and remote status. Local status: manual status, controlled by the manual/automatic knob of the on-site control box; in manual mode, the start and stop are realized by the control box. Remote status: controlled by the central control host computer. The host computer has soft manual and fully automatic control functions. Soft manual operation is performed manually by the on-duty personnel on the host computer, and fully automatic control is completed by the PLC according to the process requirements, realizing unattended operation.
◆The platform screen is vivid, which can enhance the corporate image and is suitable for large enterprises that often have superior inspections and customer visits.
◆All data of the wastewater treatment plant have the functions of report storage and report printing.
