◆ Adopts industrial SCADA + medium-sized PLC series to realize the fully automatic control system for the entire sewage treatment plant with over 1,000 points, enabling fully automatic operation of the sewage treatment plant, unattended on-site, and monitoring via the central control room.
◆ High-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, automatic control PLC cabinet, central control host computer software and hardware, large-screen display, instrument control box, plant area lighting, video monitoring, cable tray, electrical construction wiring, and system commissioning are all provided by East China, offering one-stop procurement and turnkey project services.
◆ The 3D animation displays the general process flow diagram and individual process diagrams, with an intuitive and user-friendly interface that avoids aesthetic fatigue when facing the large screen for a long time, is easy for operators to understand, and effectively prevents human misoperation.
◆ The high-voltage and low-voltage backends are integrated, allowing relevant data to be monitored in the central control room.
◆ The plant-wide automation system is divided into local and remote states. Local: Manual state, controlled by the manual/automatic knob of the on-site control box; when in manual mode, the start and stop are realized by the control box. Remote: Controlled by the central control host computer. The host computer has soft manual and fully automatic control functions. Soft manual operation is performed manually by the on-duty personnel on the host computer, while fully automatic control is automatically completed by the PLC according to process requirements, realizing unattended operation.
◆ The platform interface is vivid, which can enhance the corporate image and is suitable for large enterprises that often receive inspections from superiors and visits from clients.
◆ All data of the sewage treatment plant has the functions of report storage and report printing.
