In many machining workshops, there are hundreds of machine tools. Employees have to drag liquid replenishment carts every day to add cutting fluid to each machine tool. Such work is undoubtedly highly intensive, cannot add new fluid in a timely manner, and has low efficiency. You can choose to install a centralized fluid supply and purification device, and when the machine tool needs it, just open the fluid addition valve directly to get cutting fluid replenished.
The centralized cutting fluid supply and purification device centrally pours the cutting fluid used in processing in the workshop into a large water tank, and transports the cutting fluid to various machine tools through the liquid tank. Using the centralized fluid supply system, the cutting fluid can be collected, and regular sampling tests can be conducted on the cutting fluid in the large water tank, which facilitates the detection of its pH value, use concentration, and whether there is fouling. It saves the previous process of detecting the cutting fluid of single machine tools one by one.
Using the centralized cutting fluid supply and purification device, the cutting fluid can be centrally filtered and regenerated. The regeneration rate of cutting fluid treated by semiconductor inorganic membrane is about 90%, which removes metal debris and other miscellaneous oil substances in the cutting fluid and prolongs the service life of the cutting fluid. The filtered cutting fluid can be recycled, reducing the cost of using cutting fluid, saving resources and protecting the environment.
