This series of products adopts high-frequency power electronic switching conversion technology, and is a 28.5V DC power supply specially designed and manufactured for aviation and electronic and electrical equipment. It can be used for aircraft and airborne equipment, radar, navigation and other military electronic equipment, as well as other occasions requiring 28.5V DC power supply, and is a replacement product of silicon controlled rectifier power supply.
Performance characteristics
1. The power devices adopt a new generation of IGBTs, which take advantage of the high-frequency and low-loss characteristics of IGBTs in switching mode to complete power conversion, with the characteristics of small size, light weight, high efficiency and high reliability.
2. The current mode control adopts full-bridge conversion, PWM control and slope compensation technology, without series-connected anti-biasing capacitors, and has the advantages of fast dynamic response, strong impact load resistance and reliable overcurrent protection.
3. Intelligent monitoring uses a micro single-chip computer to complete the intelligent monitoring of the power supply. The LED/LCD digital panel displays the power supply operating parameters and working status; it has a fault self-diagnosis function, can memorize recent faults, and improves maintainability.
4. All functional units and components are designed in a modular structure, and the capacity is expanded by series connecting components, with small size, high efficiency, good reliability and maintainability.
5. The whole machine adopts a 19" standard chassis structure, which can be used alone or installed in a rack.
