Features:
1. The power devices of the 28.5V aviation DC power supply adopt a new generation of IGBTs, which utilize the advantages of high frequency and low loss under IGBT switching mode to complete power conversion, and have the characteristics of small size, light weight, high efficiency and high reliability.
2. The current mode control adopts full-bridge conversion, PWM control and slope compensation technology, without series-connected anti-biasing capacitors, and has the advantages of fast dynamic response, strong impact load resistance and reliable over-current protection.
