Aircraft power truck is a new type of AC/DC multi-functional aviation ground power truck. It is equipped with three sets of power supply systems, which can energize and start supporting aircraft models. It is suitable for aviation and civil aircraft, helicopters, transport aircraft as well as large, medium and small passenger aircraft, and can also be used as test power for aircraft manufacturing plants, maintenance shops and aircraft R&D departments.
Its working principle is based on power electronics technology, usually using two core components: inverters and rectifiers. The main task of the inverter is to generate adjustable alternating current (AC) from direct current (DC) power, while the rectifier is responsible for converting alternating current back to direct current.
(1) AC input module of 115V/200V aviation AC/DC integrated linear power supply truck: This module is responsible for receiving AC input from external power supplies, usually using industrial-grade plugs and sockets to ensure the stability and safety of the power supply.
(2) DC output module of 115V/200V aviation AC/DC integrated linear power supply truck: This module performs voltage stabilization and filtering processing on the DC power output by the AC input module, and outputs stable DC power. The output voltage and current can be adjusted according to actual needs.
(3) Inverter module of 115V/200V aviation AC/DC integrated linear power supply truck: This module converts DC power into AC power to meet the requirements of different voltages and frequencies. The inverter module usually adopts high-frequency switching technology, which has the characteristics of high conversion efficiency and small size
