MPP power pipes use modified polypropylene as the main raw material. They do not require extensive dredging, earth excavation or road destruction, and are used for pipeline and cable laying construction projects on special sections such as under roads, railways, buildings and riverbeds. Compared with the traditional "trenching and burying method", the trenchless power pipe project is more suitable for current environmental protection requirements, eliminating the disturbing factors such as dust and traffic congestion caused by traditional construction. This technology can also lay pipelines in areas where excavation operations cannot be carried out, such as historic site protection areas, downtown areas, crop and farmland protection areas, expressways, rivers and so on.

6. Construction notes for MPP pipes
l. It is strictly forbidden to randomly throw, collide, scratch or expose to the sun during the transportation and construction of MPP power pipe materials.
l. When conducting hot melt connection for MPP power pipes, the axes of the two pipes shall be aligned, and the end faces shall be cut vertically and smoothly.
l. The processing temperature, time and pressure of MPP power pipes shall be adjusted accordingly according to the climatic conditions.
l. The minimum bending radius of MPP power pipe materials shall be ≥75 times the outer diameter of the pipe.
