1. Introduction to LQRY Heat Conduction Oil Pump
The LQRY air-cooled heat conduction oil pump adopts a self-heating heat dissipation system, which does not need water to cool the pump body, simplifies the structure, reduces the volume, lowers the operating cost, and has reliable performance. Therefore, it is used in various occasions for conveying high-temperature liquids. Since the heat conduction oil pump is used to transport liquids with relatively high temperatures, the requirements for the corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of seals and bearings are very high. Both mechanical seals and packing seals have good hot-state adaptability, and the mechanical seals are made of hard alloy materials. The parts of the heat conduction oil pump produced by our company have undergone high-temperature heat treatment. It can operate stably for a long time without leakage in a hot state, has no additional cooling system, and is reliable in use. It has been widely used in heat carrier heating systems, and has entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, printing and dyeing, road construction, food and so on. It is mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquids without solid particles with a temperature ≤ 370℃.

3. Characteristics of LQRY Heat Conduction Oil Pump
The basic structural form of the LQRY air-cooled heat conduction oil pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axially suctioned, and the outlet is vertically upward at the center, which is installed on the base together with the motor. The support adopts a double-end ball bearing support structure. The front end is lubricated with lubricating oil, and the rear end is lubricated with grease. There is an oil guide pipe in the middle, which is used to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat conduction oil at any time. It adopts a self-heating heat dissipation structure, which changes the traditional water cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in size, saving operating costs, good in performance and reliable in use. It adopts a combination of packing seal and mechanical seal. The packing seal uses high-temperature resistant packing, which has good hot-state adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, ensuring the sealing performance under high temperature conditions. The third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE for short) is used as the lip seal, which improves the sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
