VSP high suction lift vacuum powerful self-priming pump is a new type of multi-functional self-priming centrifugal pump. Its main advantages are strong self-priming capacity and short self-priming time. Compared with ordinary self-priming pumps which take more than 180 seconds to self-prime at 3 meters height, the vacuum powerful self-priming pump only takes 2 seconds to suck up liquid at 3 meters height. Especially for barreled and filled liquids, it can pump out all the materials. After one barrel of materials is pumped out, it can suck up the next barrel in just 1 second, achieving the effect of instant suction. It has the advantages of strong cavitation resistance, simple structure, easy installation, extremely easy maintenance, long service life, and wide range of conveying liquid viscosity. Volatile solvents and high-viscosity oils, glues and other liquids can all be used.

The VSP high suction lift vacuum powerful self-priming pump is composed of a pump body, a pump cover, a rotor assembly and a power assembly. The rotor assembly is installed in the pump cavity composed of the pump body and the pump cover. The power assembly drives the rotor assembly to rotate, and the rotation of the rotor assembly in the pump cavity causes the volume change of the sealed cavity, quickly generating vacuum to suck in materials.
