1. Introduction to ISWB Explosion-proof Horizontal Centrifugal Oil PumpThe ISWB explosion-proof horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal oil pump is mainly composed of three parts: the pump, the motor and the base. The pump structure includes pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal and other components. It is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump. The pump body and pump cover are split from the back of the impeller, which is the rear door structure. Most pumps are equipped with sealing rings on the front and rear of the impeller, and balance holes are provided on the rear cover of the impeller to balance the axial force acting on the rotor. The pump inlet is axially horizontally suctioned, and the outlet is arranged vertically upwards. The pump and the motor are coaxial, and the motor shaft extension end adopts a double angular contact ball bearing structure, which can partially balance the residual axial force of the pump. The pump and the motor are connected, no correction is required during installation, they share a common base, and are isolated by JG-type vibration isolators. Improved on the basis of the ISW horizontal centrifugal pump, it is equipped with an explosion-proof motor and a copper impeller, for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids.
