The 2BE series water ring vacuum pump is of single-stage single-acting structure, which can be used to suction non-solid particulate, water-insoluble and non-corrosive gases to form vacuum and pressure in closed containers. By changing the structural materials, it can also be used to suction corrosive gases and corrosive liquids. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, high efficiency and energy saving, and reliable operation. The key components such as pump shaft, impeller and distribution plate have been optimized in design. Whether it is ductile iron impeller or welded impeller formed by stamping, it has been well heat-treated, and balanced and dynamic balance checks are carried out before and after interference heat assembly, so that the operation is more stable and the impact resistance is better, which is suitable for harsh working conditions such as large drainage volume and load impact fluctuation. Compared with SK, 2SK and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps, it has higher vacuum degree, lower power consumption and more reliable operation. The components such as the distribution plate, impeller and pump shaft of the 2BE series water ring vacuum pump have been systematically optimized, simplifying the structure and improving the performance to achieve energy saving. The welded impeller is adopted, the blades are stamped and formed at one time, the profile is reasonable, and the hub is fully processed, which solves the dynamic balance problem. The impeller and the pump shaft adopt interference fit through heat assembly, with reliable performance and stable operation. After the impeller is welded, the whole is well heat-treated, so that the blades have good toughness, which fundamentally guarantees the impact and bending resistance of the blades, and can adapt to the harsh working conditions of load shock waves. It is equipped with a self-contained gas-water separator, with suction and exhaust ports set in multiple positions. The pump cover is provided with an exhaust valve maintenance window. The gap between the impeller and the distribution plate is adjusted by the pressure covers at both ends of the positioning bearing, which is convenient for installation and use, simple in operation and easy for maintenance.

1. The pump can work continuously for a long time when the ambient temperature is between 5 and 40℃ and the inlet pressure is less than 1330Pa.
2. The pump is not suitable for extracting gases with too high oxygen content, toxic, corrosive to metals, chemically reactive to pump oil, and gases containing particulate dust. It is also not suitable for conveying gas from one container to another as a transfer pump.
3. The continuous working time of the pump under the inlet pressure from atmospheric pressure to 6000Pa shall not exceed 3 minutes, so as to avoid pump damage caused by oil injection or poor lubrication.
