Introduction to ISWB Explosion-Proof Horizontal Centrifugal Oil PumpThe ISWB explosion-proof horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal oil pump mainly consists of three parts: the pump, the motor and the base. The pump structure includes components such as the pump body, impeller, pump cover and mechanical seal. It is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump, and the pump body and pump cover are split from the back of the impeller, which is a rear-opening structure. Most pumps have sealing rings installed on both the front and back of the impeller, and balance holes are provided on the back cover of the impeller to balance the axial force acting on the rotor. The pump inlet is horizontally axial, and the outlet is arranged vertically upward. The pump and the motor are coaxial, and the double angular contact ball bearing structure is adopted at the motor shaft extension end, which can partially balance the residual axial force of the pump. The pump and the motor are connected, and no alignment is required during installation. They share a common base and are isolated by JG-type vibration isolators. Improved on the basis of ISW horizontal centrifugal pumps, it is equipped with explosion-proof motors and copper impellers, and is used for conveying oil products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or flammable and explosive liquids.
