The VSP high-lift vacuum strong self-priming pump is a new type of multifunctional self-priming centrifugal pump. Its main advantages are strong self-priming capability and short self-priming time. Compared with ordinary self-priming pumps which take more than 180 seconds to self-prime at a height of 3 meters, the vacuum strong self-priming pump only takes 2 seconds to prime at a height of 3 meters. Especially for barreled and filled liquids, it can pump the material completely. Moreover, when inserting into the next barrel after emptying one barrel, it can prime in 1 second, achieving an instant priming effect. It has the advantages of strong cavitation resistance, simple structure, easy installation, extremely easy maintenance, long service life, and a wide range of liquid viscosity for conveying. II. Structural Principle of VSP High Lift Strong Self-Priming Pump
The VSP high-lift vacuum strong self-priming pump consists of a pump body, a pump cover, a rotor assembly, and a power assembly. The rotor assembly is installed in the pump chamber formed by the pump body and the pump cover. The power assembly drives the rotor assembly to rotate. Through the rotation of the rotor assembly in the pump chamber, the volume of the sealed chamber changes, quickly generating a vacuum to suck in the material.
