1. Fastening: Vertically installed busbars are fixed by spring supports to prevent them from moving left, right, up or down. To ensure the correct position of the vertically installed busbars, the base of the spring support must be positioned with a plumb line before being fixed.
2. Load-bearing: The weight of the busbar presses on the spring support, compressing the spring. The pre-compression force of the spring must be adjusted so that when the busbar is in the expected position, the elastic force of the spring is equal to the weight of the busbar.
3. After the busbar and the bracket are connected and fixed, if the busbar is not straight, it can be adjusted by the elastic force of the spring support to straighten it. For example, if the busbar deviates to the left, you only need to compress the left spring with the adjusting nut to move the busbar to the right for correction, or you can loosen the right spring to achieve the purpose of straightening.
