Laboratory stainless steel high-pressure reactor
Product Introduction:
Laboratory stainless steel high-pressure reactor is equipped with an electric constant-speed stirring system, a condensation system, and a dropping system. The jacket of the reactor body needs to be connected to an external heating or cooling circulation device. While stirring the materials, a circulating hot solution or coolant is injected through the jacket to heat or cool the materials in the reactor at a constant temperature. When heating the materials for reaction, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected). When the solvent vapor passes through the glass condensation coil, it cools into a liquid (a cooling device needs to be connected), which can flow back into the reactor or be recovered through the valve at the lower part of the return elbow. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be discharged from the side outlet at the bottom of the reactor.
This series of products needs to be used with a vacuum device, a high-temperature or low-temperature circulation device, and other components to form a complete system device.
