Laboratory Small On-line Emulsification Pump Y25Z, Y20Z laboratory high-shear emulsifiers are equipped with original German motors, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. They are compact and convenient, allowing handheld operation. Depending on the matching working head, they can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing, dispersion and homogenization of high-viscosity materials, as well as crushing and homogenization of animal and plant tissues.
With a rotational speed up to 28000rpm, it can operate continuously for up to 4 hours. More than 20 types of working heads are available, and vacuum operation is achievable, easily meeting various high-demand experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
