Z941F46 electric lined fluorine gate valve is a common on-off valve, which uses a wedge-shaped gate sealed on both sides to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. Wedge gate valves are not allowed to be slightly opened for use as a throttling device in the pipeline, so as to avoid accelerated damage to the sealing surface due to erosion by high-speed flowing medium. FEP (F46) and PCTFE (F3) lined fluorine gate valves are suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, various organic acids, strong acids, strong bases, and strong oxidants at temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 150℃. FEP is also suitable for pipelines with various concentrations of strong base organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media. 1. The valve body has two shapes: flat and round: GB valves use round bodies, ANSI class valves with DN ≤ 300Lb use flat bodies, and DN ≥ 400Lb use round bodies. All parts that directly contact the medium, such as the inner cavity of the valve body and valve cover, and the outer surfaces of the gate and valve stem, are fully lined with fluoroplastics such as FEP (F46);
2. The sealing pair is a combination of FPF (F46)/FEP (F46) or other materials, with a small friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque;
3. The packing uses standard PTFE (F4) packing, with good sealing performance and convenient maintenance and replacement;
4. The elastic gate can compensate for the wedge angle deviation between the gate sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface, with good fit and ideal sealing effect;
5. The medium can pass through the gate valve from either side, making it suitable for use as an on-off device in pipelines where the medium direction may change.
