I. Ubutumwa:
ZZV Self-operated Micro Pressure Regulating Valve is a kind of valve that does not require external energy. It uses the energy of the controlled medium itself as the power source, introduces it into the actuator diaphragm chamber to generate thrust, and controls the movement of the throttling element to achieve automatic regulation. It is mainly used in various industrial furnace gas combustion systems to control the mixed flow rate of two fuels (A and B) to achieve ideal fuel conditions; used for pressure reduction, pressure stabilization and pressure relief regulation of various industrial gases such as seal oil and hydrogen in hydrogen-cooled generator sets, liquefied gas, oxygen, nitrogen, etc.; used for gas sealing of various oil products, chemicals and liquid storage tanks, and in some occasions, it can replace the ZZDG nitrogen supply regulating valve and ZZDX nitrogen discharge regulating valve of our factory. When the upstream pressure of the valve is low (for example, less than 0.2MPa), it can replace the ZZYP-(10-16)Ⅱ pilot-operated self-operated pressure regulating valve of our factory.
II. Features and Uses:
1. The set value can be adjusted without stopping production;
2. No packing, no friction when the valve stem moves up and down, and the upper seal is absolutely reliable;
3. The sensitive parts of the actuator are extremely sensitive, and very small pressure changes can be detected;
4. The valve body is of four-way type, so models K and B can share one valve body.
III. Working Principle:
The self-operated micro pressure regulating valve relies on the pressure and temperature of the medium flowing through the valve itself as energy to drive the valve to work automatically, without the need for an external power supply or secondary instrument. This type of self-operated regulating valve uses the feedback signals (pressure, differential pressure, temperature) from the valve outlet end, and transmits them to the actuator through the signal pipe to drive the valve disc to change the opening degree of the valve, so as to achieve the purpose of regulating pressure, flow rate and temperature. The self-operated regulating valve is a new type of self-operated regulating valve. Compared with manual regulating valves, its advantage is that it can adjust automatically; compared with electric regulating valves, its advantage is that it does not require external power. Practical applications have proved that in closed water circulation systems (such as hot water heating systems, air conditioning chilled water systems), the correct use of this valve can conveniently realize the flow distribution of the system; it can realize the dynamic balance of the system; it can greatly simplify the debugging work of the system; it can stabilize the working state of the pump, etc.
