ZMAP type pneumatic diaphragm single-seat control valve, single-seat plunger-shaped valve core, the valve core adopts top-bottom guidance. It is suitable for occasions where strict leakage requirements are needed, the pressure difference before and after the valve is low, and there is a certain viscosity and fiber-containing medium. For high pressure difference and large-diameter valves, it should be used in conjunction with a positioner. Single-seat valves are suitable for occasions with strict leakage requirements, low pressure difference before and after the valve, and media with a certain viscosity and fibers; double-seat valves have the characteristics of small unbalanced force, large allowable pressure difference, and large flow capacity, and are suitable for occasions where leakage requirements are not strict; sleeve valves have good stability, are not easy to vibrate, have low noise, and are less sensitive to temperature, and are suitable for occasions with large pressure differences and non-strict leakage requirements.
2. Imisoboro n’imikorere:
Pneumatic diaphragm bellows seal control valve is a modified product of pneumatic diaphragm single and double-seat control valves. It consists of two parts: a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a bellows seal valve. Inside the upper valve cover of the valve part, a bellows component is installed, which isolates the medium from the outside and can ensure the valve stem moves up and down. In addition, the upper end of the upper valve cover still has a PTFE "V" packing seal, which serves as a second seal in case the bellows component is damaged. A pressure gauge is also installed on the outer wall of the upper valve cover to indicate the pressure on the outside of the bellows. If the bellows is damaged for any reason, the pressure gauge reading will increase. Principle: When the actuator air chamber receives a pneumatic signal, it pushes the diaphragm to compress the spring pressure, and pushes the push rod, valve stem, and valve core to displace, thereby changing the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, causing the flow to change and achieving the purpose of adjusting process parameters.
