The furnace shell of the powder coating carbon black content measurement apparatus is made of thin steel plate through edge folding and welding, and the inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining assembled from ceramic fiber materials. The spiral-shaped heating element is inserted through the inner furnace lining. The furnace is a sealed structure, and there is an air insulation layer between the inner furnace lining and the furnace shell.

The combustion tube can be directly inserted into or removed from the inner furnace. The high-temperature-resistant silicone plug is equipped with a quartz glass gas inlet tube. Gas is added according to the standard through the three-way directional valve on the control panel and the gas flow meter. This equipment adopts an integrated structure. Users can directly connect the power supply to start furnace drying after purchase.

IV. Installation and Use

1. No special installation is required, and it can be placed on a flat indoor ground or workbench (stand). For safe operation, the electric furnace and its shell must be reliably grounded.

2. The back of the electric furnace is equipped with gas inlet and outlet devices, which can be connected with nitrogen, air or mixed gas. The connecting pipes and three-way valves must be connected, and the gas cylinder must be placed at least 4 meters away from the furnace. The gas cylinder must be equipped with a pressure reducing valve, and the hose connecting the gas cylinder and the carbon black measurement apparatus must be a pressure-resistant rubber hose.

3. When the furnace starts to heat up, open the main valve of the nitrogen or mixed gas cylinder, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the minimum pressure, and open the valve on the control panel of the carbon black measurement apparatus (pay attention to the direction). Fill the combustion tube with gas at a flow rate of 2L/min. After the experiment is completed, close the main valve of the gas cylinder, check that all wiring is correct, and then you can turn on the power to heat up.
