ZN23 ZN12-40.5 35KV in-door fixed/handcart high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a kind of indoor high-voltage switchgear with rated voltage of 40.5kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used in power transmission and distribution systems such as industrial and mining enterprises and substations as control and protection switches, and is especially suitable for industries that require frequent operations such as metallurgy and electric arc steelmaking.

This circuit breaker has simple structure and strong breaking capacity. It adopts modular operating mechanism and modular design, with long service life and excellent breaking performance. It can be configured as a handcart type, suitable for switchgear models such as JYN1, GBC, XGN17-40.5 and so on. Its operating mechanism is spring energy-storage type, supporting AC, DC energy-storage operation or manual operation.

The mechanism and arc extinguishing chamber system of this circuit breaker are designed as a whole, with reasonable and concise overall layout. The electrical components are modularly designed, easy to disassemble, and damaged electrical components are convenient to replace. Modular spring energy-storage operating mechanism, 3AF type spring operating mechanism or DYT-1 type spring energy-storage mechanism are adopted. It can be operated by AC or DC energy storage, and can also be operated manually. The energy storage structure is a worm gear structure, and its energy storage time does not exceed 15 seconds.

The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is of porcelain structure, with longitudinal magnetic field contacts, with low arc energy voltage (20-200V) and low current chopping value (4-15A).
