The concentrated cutting fluid purification system is generally placed next to the waste liquid collection tank, and is equipped with a water pump and a filter box. The water outlet of the waste liquid collection tank is connected to the water inlet of the system's water pump through a water pipe. An installation frame is slidably connected along the length direction inside the waste liquid collection tank, and a magnet block close to the bottom of the waste liquid collection tank is arranged on the installation frame. Wastewater passes through a porous filter medium or facility, and suspended solids larger than the pore size are intercepted, so that the wastewater is purified to a certain extent. The physical filtration device separates suspended solids from wastewater through physical filtration, and this physical filtration device is fluidly connected to the collection tank, wherein the physical filtration device is one or a combination of a box-type filter press, a belt-type filter press, and a plate-and-frame filter press.
When the concentrated cutting fluid purification system filters wastewater, first the wastewater is introduced into the wastewater sedimentation tank and left to stand. After a period of standing, iron filings and sediment settle to the bottom of the wastewater sedimentation tank. At this time, the water pump can be turned on, and the water pump pumps the relatively clean water from the upper layer of the wastewater sedimentation tank. The water pumped by the water pump enters the filter barrel and is further filtered through the filter layer inside the filter barrel, and finally clean liquid can be obtained;
