The ISW horizontal pipeline booster centrifugal pump belongs to the clear water pump, which is used to transport clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water supply boosting, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC cooling circulation, bathroom and other cold and hot water circulation boosting and equipment matching. The operating temperature is not more than T80.
The ISW horizontal pipeline booster centrifugal pump is designed and developed according to the international ISO2858 standard, using a hydraulic model and referring to relevant international standards, becoming a substitute for the SG series pipeline pumps. Blue Rise Pump Industry specializes in producing various pipeline pumps. The technical standards, performance parameters, test methods, etc. adopted by the ISW horizontal pipeline booster centrifugal pump all effectively adopt the ISO international standards related to the IS type centrifugal pump, and have basically the same performance parameters as the IS type centrifugal pump. Working Conditions of Horizontal Single-Stage Centrifugal Pump
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤1.6MPa, that is, suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is ≤2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. If the system working pressure of the pump is greater than 1.6MPa, it shall be separately proposed when ordering, so that the flow passage parts and connection parts of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1 of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
