The core application of tungsten trioxide(WO3)catalyst supported on alumina(Al2O3)is to utilize the synergistic effect oftheacidity oftungsten trioxideandotheractive components,playing a key role in petroleum refining,environmental protection,and chemical synthesis.Mainly manifested in:flue gas denitrification(SCR).
As a co catalyst added to vanadium based SCR catalysts,it can significantly improve denitrification performance and hydrothermal stability.It can also promote the oxidation of NO to NO2,enhance low-temperature activity,and maintain high activity under harsh conditions containing SO2 and H20;Hydrogenation treatment.

As a promoter added to nickel based catalysts for methane dry reforming reactions,it can significantly improve the ability toresist carbon deposition.It can also be used for alcohol dehydration,fine chemical oxidation,isobutene oligomerization,photocatalysis,etc.
