Gas alarm is a flameproof safety device capable of rapidly, reliably, stably and continuously detecting gas concentration in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the pre-set alarm value of the gas alarm, the alarm will sound and drive external equipment to remind on-site staff to take necessary protective measures, which can prevent gas-induced combustion accidents.

Working principle of gas alarm: The alarm installed on site operates with power supply. When gas leakage occurs, the sensor converts the detected leakage amount into a corresponding voltage signal for output. After the voltage signal is processed by the alarm, the data is uploaded and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the alarm will sound and drive external equipment.

Gas alarm is a fixed instrument that can continuously detect oxygen concentration or toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gas concentration in the working environment.

Gas alarm adopts diffusion method to convert the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into electrical signal in real time. The signal is amplified, then processed by CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation and intelligent calculation. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration value, an alarm signal will be sent out.

Gas alarm adopts dual-chamber design, special imported sensor, and the sensor adopts modular design, which makes calibration and verification more convenient. It has superior performance, high stability, can output multiple sets of signals, and is convenient for installation and maintenance, meeting the high reliability requirements of industrial on-site equipment.
