Ankete AC servo motors, paired with self-developed servo drives, form a complete motion control system. The servo motor is equipped with a high-precision encoder to form real-time closed-loop position feedback, continuously corrects position deviations during operation, and eliminates the problem of step loss. The motor has fast dynamic response, excellent acceleration and deceleration performance, and supports high-frequency start-stop and rapid commutation; it can continuously output stable torque at low speeds, run smoothly throughout the process with low vibration. It also has short-term overload capacity, can withstand impact loads during startup, has controllable temperature rise during long-term continuous operation, and maintains long-term stable repeated positioning accuracy, making it suitable for automation equipment with high requirements for motion speed and control accuracy. The product specifications range from 200W to 2.6KW, with optional configurations such as brakes, absolute encoders, and bus communication, meeting the installation requirements of different mechanical structures.
The supporting servo drive serves as the control core of the entire system, integrating multiple safety protections such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short circuit. It supports multiple control modes including pulse, 485, and bus, and is compatible with most mainstream PLCs and motion controllers on the market. The drive parameters are adjustable, and the rigidity, filtering, and acceleration and deceleration curves can be flexibly optimized according to the mechanical characteristics of the equipment, adapting to different working conditions such as cutting, handling, and reciprocating platforms. The motor and drive are matched and delivered as a complete set, with better compatibility, reducing commissioning failures. They can be supplied as a complete set or purchased separately for individual selection.
