400Hz intermediate frequency static variable power supply, relying on multiple advanced technologies and excellent performance, provides reliable support for power consumption scenarios. It is widely used in power supply for high-performance equipment such as aircraft, aviation communication equipment and spacecraft. With the rapid development of the aviation field, the demand for 400Hz aviation intermediate frequency static variable power supply and aircraft intermediate frequency static variable power supply will continue to increase, and the power supply industry will also continue to develop towards a more efficient, stable and reliable direction.
It applies AC parallel redundancy technology, three-phase independent regulation inverter technology and frequency multiplication inverter technology. Among them, the AC parallel redundancy technology allows two or more inverter power supplies to output in parallel, improving the reliability of the system. When one unit fails, it will not affect the normal power supply of the load. The advanced current sharing technology allows each inverter power supply to bear the load current averagely, expanding the power supply capacity, reducing operating costs and extending the service life of the power supply. The three-phase independent regulation inverter technology allows the equipment to operate normally under unbalanced loads.
The adoption of frequency multiplication inverter technology allows high-power IGBTs to work at a lower switching frequency, which can greatly reduce heat generation and improve reliability. At the same time, compared with the same-frequency inverter circuit with the same switching loss, the parameters of its filter are reduced by 4 times, so the volume of the filter is greatly reduced, the dynamic response speed is faster, the output stability and output accuracy are higher.
