Standard: (GB/T 4423-1992)

Characteristics and Application Range:

High corrosion resistance in seawater, good mechanical properties, high strength, excellent hot working and welding performance, cold brittleness during cold working, good machinability, easy welding and brazing, but prone to stress corrosion cracking.

Cu: 61.0-63.0

Sn: 0.7-1.1

Ni: 0.5

Fe: 0.10

Pb: 0.10

Zn: Balance

Impurities: 0.3

Mechanical Properties:

Tensile Strength (σb/MPa): ≥390

Elongation δ10 (%): ≥15

Elongation δ5 (%): ≥17

Note: Longitudinal room temperature tensile mechanical properties of bars

Sample Size: Diameter or distance across flats 5～40

Heat Treatment Specification: Hot working temperature 700～750°C; Annealing temperature 550～650°C; Low-temperature annealing for stress relief 350～370°C.
