C19910: American standard (ASTM) titanium copper alloy grade, corresponding to Japanese standard NKT322 and Chinese national standard TTi3.0-0.2, mainly used for precision electronic components and high-load industrial applications.
QTi3.0-0.2: Domestic titanium bronze grade, with the same composition as TTi3.0-0.2, complying with standard GB/T 5231-2012.
II. Chemical Composition
Copper (Cu): ≥95% (matrix element, ensuring conductivity and workability).
Titanium (Ti): 2.8-3.2%, enhancing strength, heat resistance, and creep resistance.
Phosphorus (P): 0.15-0.25%, improving machinability and corrosion resistance.
Other elements: Iron (Fe) ≤0.1%, total impurities ≤0.5%.
III. Physical Properties
Density: 8.82-8.90 g/cm³ (close to pure copper).
Electrical conductivity: 85% IACS (superior to ordinary bronze, close to pure copper's 90% IACS).

Elastic modulus: 125 GPa (high rigidity, strong resistance to deformation).

Mechanical Properties
Tensile strength: 600-750 MPa (hard state), approximately 450 MPa in annealed state.

Hardness: 200-250 HV (processed state), approximately 150 HV in annealed state.
Processing Characteristics
Cold workability: Excellent, suitable for precision forming processes such as stamping and bending.
