QFe2.5: Chinese iron bronze grade, with the same composition as TFe2.5, complying with standard GB/T 5231-2012, and internationally equivalent to C19400.

II. Chemical Composition

Copper (Cu): ≥97% (matrix element, ensuring high conductivity).

Iron (Fe): 2.1-2.6% (refines grain, improves strength, but reduces conductivity).

Phosphorus (P): 0.015-0.15% (improves machinability and corrosion resistance).

Impurities: Zinc (Zn) ≤0.05%, Lead (Pb) ≤0.03%, total other impurities ≤0.9%.

III. Physical Properties

Basic Parameters

Density: 8.78 g/cm³ (slightly lower than pure copper).

Thermal Conductivity: 260-360 W/(m·K) (affected by processing state).

Coefficient of Linear Expansion: 16.3×10⁻⁶/℃ at 20~300℃.

Electrical Properties

Conductivity: 40% IACS in soft annealed state (O60), can reach 50-65% IACS in processed state (e.g., H14).

Resistivity: 0.0431 μΩ·m in soft state, lower in hard state.

Mechanical Properties

Tensile Strength: ≥390 MPa (annealed state), can reach 415-485 MPa in hard state.

Hardness: 69-95 HRB in annealed state, increases to 112 HV in processed state.

Fracture Elongation: 15% (combining toughness and strength).

Processing Characteristics

Cold/Hot Workability: Excellent, supports stamping, drawing, and other processes.

Weldability: Excellent soft soldering, resistance welding requires process control.
